A $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve a piglet. Until a deposit has been made, all pigs are considered available. Deposits can be made *FRIENDS AND FAMILY ONLY * via venmo or paypal.  Final payments are expected in cash (unless being transported, then other options can be discussed)

If pigs are not picked up within 7 days of the date they are sold or available to leave, there will be an additional $25 per week (per pig) boarding fee added to the original price. I understand that things happen, but feed costs are high and continue to climb.

All breeding quality piglets will be AKKPS tested and registered upon sale. Paperwork can have a slow turnaround, but registration papers are guaranteed.

Holly Springs Kunekunes has the right to retain any piglet that we feel will benefit our herd

All piglets are guaranteed until 1 year from PROVEN genetic defects. Holly Springs Kunekunes must be notified within 3 days of death. A necropsy from a licensed veterinarian must be provided with all findings. A replacement will be offered when one is available, no refund will be given

We do our best to stay true to breed standards. When evaluating for breeding quality stock, we are looking at: bone structure, growth rate, top lines, pasterns, tail sets, ear placement and teat lines. Even with all efforts to stay true to the breed, I can not guarantee that the pig will not change with growth or the rate at which they will grow. All males are palpated between birth and the time that they leave the farm to ensure that both testicles have dropped before being sold as breeding quality

Transport is the responsibility of the buyer. Though, we can offer to deliver locally for a fee or assist with transport when available. We are not liable for anything that occurs while on transport. Animals being transported must be paid in full before leaving the farm. 

I reserve the right to cancel a sale at any given time, if I feel the animal will not properly be cared for. This is the only situation in which a refund will be given. 

Barrows are sold unregistered and will be castrated before leaving the farm. They can be pet registered with AKKPS for an additional fee.

We do not place pigs in an only pig home. Goats, horses and even humans are not suitable companions. Pigs are social animals and require another pig (ask about barrows as a companion)
